  I gave 1star because I had to.We change over from Verizon worst mistake ever,to begin with we had 3 lines with Verizon we were assured without a doubt we qualified for 3 with Sprint,well that was the first lie,we were told our bill would be a certain price for 3 lines which was cheaper than Verizon 2nd lie,we are stuck with only 2 lines not 3, And $30.00 higher than what we were paying Verizon for 3 lines,this was on June 27th we were also told we wouldn't have a bill until towards the end of July,well guess what 2 weeks later we got this very high bill with no warning and was due to be paid then,I mean the very next day we called and were told because we were new customers you had to pay immediately upon receipt for the first 60 days.We were supposed to have our 3 phones bought out from Verizon well guess what we are stuck with those to,we called this store several times were told they would get it fixed,all they done was drag it past the 14 day return period.This store is lying scammers,not only are we stuck with only 2 lines from 3 with a much higher bill we are stuck paying for the 3 other Verizon phones they were supposed to buy out
