- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 20, 2019, by Bruce ChildersBeen a Verizon customer for approximately 20 years. The experience today ( may 25, 2017) was by far the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a new iPhone 6s with some extras. The salesperson, Jonathon, showed no interest and was not helpful and goodness I needed help. Left the store confused and upset the phone would not work. When I did get home had to get someone to transfer info from old phone and setup the new phone .
